Q: How will I know if you're the right Provider for me?
The only way to really know if we're a good fit is if you complete an evaluation and have a session or two with me. From there you can decide if you want to continue.

Q: What can I expect from each session?
For medication management, we will evaluate the effectiveness of your medication; make medication adjustments if efficacy has not been established, and discuss alternative treatment options; and you will be educated on prescribed medication to ensure proper use and safety.

For psychotherapy, we will go on a wonderful journey together in which I will ask you many thought-provoking questions. Your answers will often dictate the direction of our work together.

Q: How long are the appointments?
*Initial Psychiatric Evaluation 50-60 minutes.

*Medication management follow-up 20-30 minutes.

*Medication management follow-up with Therapy 40-50 minutes.

Q: How often will we meet?
It will depend on your individualized needs and what you are being seen for on your visit.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
We accept the following insurances: Aetna Medicaid; Anthem (Commercial & Medicaid); Blue Cross Blue Shield; Carelon; Cigna; Humana; KY Medicaid (traditional, with no MCO); Optum; Passport by Molina; Tricare; United Healthcare & UMR (this includes United Healthcare Medicaid). We also offer cash options via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Zelle, and HSA/FSA.

Q: How much are visits? 
*Initial Psychiatric Evaluation 50-60 minutes $250.

*Medication management follow-up 20-30 minutes $120.

*Medication management follow-up with Therapy 40-50 minutes $160.

Q: Can I cancel one of our sessions?
Yes, of course, but I ask for 24 hours notice. If 24 hour notice is not provided you will be subject to a No call, no show fee.

Q: Do you prescribe medication?
Yes, I can prescribe medicine.  I have prescriptive authority in Kentucky and Indiana.

Q: Do you offer in-person?
In-person and Telehealth options are offered.
